Big Fish Grill Cooking Classes feature special menu items and how they are prepared. Participants are encouraged to help in the preparation of featured items. Classes include an orientation and a Seafood Market tour.

Cost: $75 per class
Minimum of 10 participants per class
Full refund given in the event of cancellation

  • 10am: INTRODUCTION - Coffee & Fresh Pastries, Orientation, Tour

  • 10:30am: TOUR OF FRESH SEAFOOD MARKET - Fish Cutting Demonstration

  • 11:15am: APPETIZER DEMONSTRATION - Mushroom Appetizer, Raw Oyster Appetizer, A Variety of Crab Appetizers including Crap Dip, Crab Cakes & Crab Remick

  • 11:45am: DISCUSSION - PAIRING FOOD & WINE - Wine Tasting

  • 12:15pm: ENTRéE DEMONSTRATION - Blackened Tuna Shashimi w/ Cold Sesame Noodles, Broiled Halibut w/ Vegetables in Garlic Wine Broth, Mashers

  • 12:45pm: DESSERT DEMONSTRATION - Peanut Butter Pie

  • 1pm: DEPARTURE
