Seared Rare tuna served over spicy linguini noodles complete with Wasabi, pickled ginger, seaweed salad, teriyaki sauce and Srirachia hot chili sauce. 3lb platter will serve approximately 15-20 people.

Blue Point oysters served with cocktail sauce and lemon. Price based on 1 dozen oysters. $15.00 for each additional dozen.

Jumbo lump baby crab cakes served with cocktail or tartar sauce and fresh lemon wedge. Twenty-five baby crab cakes will serve approximately 8-10 people.

Honey Whiskey Smoked Salmon: $65.00
Delicious slices of our honey-whiskey smoked salmon served with capers, chopped onion, chopped egg, honey mustard and your choice of French bread or crackers. Serves approx. 10-15 people.

Sliced Beef Tenderloin: $125.00
A 6-7lb beef tenderloin cooked to the desired temperature, sliced and served with French bread, horsey sauce and port wine demi-glaze.

Fresh Oven Roasted Turkey Breast: $65.00
Fresh oven roasted sliced turkey breast served with spring mix, sliced tomatoes, mayo and fresh baked French bread. An 8lb breast serves approximately 20-25 people.

Whole Grilled or Caramelized Side of Salmon: $40.00
A whole side of salmon served Big Fish style or caramelized. Big Fish style is marinated in orange juice and teriyaki, cold hickory smoked, then grilled medium well. Caramelized is rubbed with a spicy-sweet coating and oven roasted to medium well. Both are served with toast points, honey mustard, chopped red onion and capers. Serves approximately 10-15 people.

Big Fish Grill’s fresh tomato Bruchetta served with toasted garlic bread slices. A 3lb platter will serve approximately 10-15 people.

Blackened Chicken Quesadillas: $75.00
Big Fish Grill’s blackened chicken quesadillas served with lemon cream and chili cream dipping sauces, black bean salsa and Bruschetta tomato. Eight quesadillas will serve approximately 10-15 people.
