Assistant General Manager

A long time employee of both Big Fish Grill Rehoboth and the Big Fish Restaurant group, Rebecca started her journey as a hostess and has now grown into the role of Assistant General Manager. With over a decade of hospitality experience, unparalleled fashion sense, and an exquisite sense of humor; Rebecca is looking forward to being the guiding light to our newest wave of employees and guests as they make memories at the Big Fish Grill that will stay with them forever!

Evan Donovan

Front of House Manager

A savvy industry veteran for the past decade, Evan cut his teeth bar backing and bar tending not only all over Delaware, but also all over the Continental United States before settling down into his current managerial role.   Equipped with a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, rugged good looks, and dare we say a lovely beard; Evan is ecstatic to demonstrate his mastery of all things hospitality for both our employees and guests!

Lori Brittingham


Lori started working at the Big Fish Grill in 2001 as a server and then joined the management team in 2006. She has an Associate Degree in Business from Delaware Technical & Community College. Lori enjoys the fast-paced, team oriented working environment and loves to meet new people.

Kitchen Manager

Long time Big Fish Grill employee, Tito has been with us for more than 15 years!  He is dedicated,  hardworking and has a winning personality and a great smile.  Tito helps keep our kitchen running smooth and makes sure each guest receives  a fresh, well prepared meal every time they dine.
