General Manager

A long time employee of both Big Fish Grill Rehoboth and the Big Fish Restaurant group, Rebecca started her journey as a hostess and has now grown into the role of General Manager. With over a decade of hospitality experience, unparalleled fashion sense, and an exquisite sense of humor; Rebecca is looking forward to being the guiding light to our newest wave of employees and guests as they make memories at the Big Fish Grill that will stay with them forever!

Sean Delaney

General Manager

Sean has worn many hats for the Big Fish Grill Restaurant Group.  Sean is currently General Manager at Big Fish Rehoboth where he started in 2013 as a server.  It didn’t take long for Sean to move on to other positions and locations.  He has been a server, bartender, and Manager at Crab House as well as a Manager at Stingray and Summerhouse.  All these positions make him a valuable asset to our team.  While maintaining a busy work schedule at Big Fish, he managed to find time to earn his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Wilmington University. 

Lori Brittingham


Lori started working at the Big Fish Grill in 2001 as a server and then joined the management team in 2006. She has an Associate Degree in Business from Delaware Technical & Community College. Lori enjoys the fast-paced, team oriented working environment and loves to meet new people.

Tito Mejia-Suria

Kitchen Manager

Long time Big Fish Grill employee, Tito has been with us for more than 15 years!  He is dedicated,  hardworking and has a winning personality and a great smile.  Tito helps keep our kitchen running smooth and makes sure each guest receives  a fresh, well prepared meal every time they dine.
