General Manager

A long time employee of both Big Fish Grill Rehoboth and the Big Fish Restaurant group, Rebecca started her journey as a hostess and has now grown into the role of General Manager. With over a decade of hospitality experience, unparalleled fashion sense, and an exquisite sense of humor; Rebecca is looking forward to being the guiding light to our newest wave of employees and guests as they make memories at the Big Fish Grill that will stay with them forever!

Michael commenced his time with the Big Fish Grill in the beginning of April 2019. Thrown right into the busy season at the beach, his credo of having fun, but working hard helped add yet another layer to the richly talented team already in place. Now a fixture in our management team, he hopes to bring even more of his energy and passion to our staff. He welcomes every guest and employee with open arms, hoping they will all become a new member of the Big Fish Family!

Lori Brittingham

Manager

Lori started working at the Big Fish Grill in 2001 as a server and then joined the management team in 2006. She has an Associate Degree in Business from Delaware Technical & Community College. Lori enjoys the fast-paced, team oriented working environment and loves to meet new people.

Tito Mejia-Suria

Kitchen Manager

Long time Big Fish Grill employee, Tito has been with us for more than 15 years!  He is dedicated,  hardworking and has a winning personality and a great smile.  Tito helps keep our kitchen running smooth and makes sure each guest receives  a fresh, well prepared meal every time they dine.
