At the Crabhouse since its inception and at the Summerhouse prior to that, Mike has demonstrated both the physical and mental fortitude that people look for in their leader.  Now as the General Manager at Big Fish Rehoboth, he’s looking forward to contributing his unique brand of motivation to an already experienced and exceptional team!

Joe joined the Big Fish team is 2007.  His hard work and dedication enabled him to quickly move to management position.  As the Big Fish kitchen manager, Joe ensures a consistently well prepared, fresh meal each and every time, whether we are serving 100 guests or 1000 guests! “Working at Big Fish has been a very rewarding experience.  I’ve had an opportunity to not only grow with the company but expand my knowledge about the working of a successful restaurant.  Working in a fast paced restaurant like Big Fish really keeps you sharp!” states Joe.

Danielle Sobieski

Front of House Manager

Danielle joined the Big Fish team in January of 2017.  She is very passionate of all aspects of the Hospitality business, especially event planning. Danielle graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management.  She brings twelve years of experience in serving, bartending,  managing and event planning in restaurants and country clubs.  In her “off” time she enjoys lounging on the beach, being a “Cat Mom” to Sam and Cecil, and learning how to drive a motorcycle.

Lori Brittingham


Lori started working at the Big Fish Grill in 2001 as a server and then joined the management team in 2006. She has an Associate Degree in Business from Delaware Technical & Community College. Lori enjoys the fast-paced, team oriented working environment and loves to meet new people.

Kitchen Manager

Long time Big Fish Grill employee, Tito has been with us for more than 15 years!  He is dedicated,  hardworking and has a winning personality and a great smile.  Tito helps keep our kitchen running smooth and makes sure each guest receives  a fresh, well prepared meal every time they dine.
